Payment Terms
All payments for registration are due at the time of registration. Payment is via Credit Card only unless you are a sponsor, supporter or purchasing one or more tables.
Your registration for the conference is NOT complete until payment is received.
Cancellations and Substitutions
If you must cancel for any reason, we must receive written notice of cancellation by January 15,
2006. Your registration will be refunded less a $100.00 processing fee per attendee.
Cancellations after January 15,
2006 are non-refundable.
You may transfer your registration to another person at any time by providing written authorization.
