Lincoln Financial Group Names Allison Green Chief Diversity Officer

PHILADELPHIA, PA, Nov. 18, 2009 / -- Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE:LNC) today announced that Allison Green has joined the firm as Chief Diversity Officer. In this new position, Green will be responsible for the strategic planning and management of Lincoln Financial Group's diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives.

Prior to joining Lincoln Financial, Green was Corporate Director of Diversity at Wyeth. Her previous positions experience includes Head of the Diversity Department for The Vanguard Group and an extensive Human Resources background which includes roles leading and managing teams focused on Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Talent Management, HR Planning and Integration, Training and Organizational Development. She holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Howard University, Washington D.C. and a B.A. in Psychology from Spelman College, Atlanta, GA.
