CIGNA Named One of Top 50 Best Companies
for Latinas to Work

PHILADELPHIA, PA /diversitybusiness.com/ CIGNA Corporation was named one of the 50 Best Companies for Hispanic women to work for in the United States by LATINA Style magazine for the fourth straight year.

CIGNA made the list based primarily on its programs targeted to women. Among the work/life benefits that earned the company this recognition are its on-site childcare, education reimbursement and flexible work arrangements. In addition, CIGNA was recognized for equality and diversity in the workplace - employing more than 3,000 Hispanics.

More than 600 U.S. corporations were evaluated by LATINA Style and only 50 were selected as the top companies. A report on the magazine's findings has been compiled and will be presented to members of Congress, the White House, cabinet members and Hispanic professional and civic organizations across the country. With a national circulation of 150,000 and a readership of nearly 600,000, LATINA Style reaches the Latina professional, Latina college student and Latina business owner.
