HOW TO
  1. Become a member:

    • Registration is the first step in taking full advantage of the e-procurement services available at DC and to making your company available online to major purchasers. With the necessary data collected, this process should not take more than 10 minutes.

  2. Upload certificate:

    • File Specifications:

      • Scan your certification(s) as a JPG or GIF image file.
      File should not exceed 100K in size.
      (If you do not know how to scan or digitize your certification document, take your Diversity Certification Document(s) to a local Print Shop, and bring these specifications with you. They will be able to scan them for you at a very low cost.)

    • Instructions for Upload:

      • Step 1: Scan your Diversity Certification as a JPG or GIF image file, not larger than 100K.

      Step 2: Have your certification image file on your computer, or on a disk readily available.

      Step 3: Sign in at Div2000.com.

      Step 4: After signing in, click on Update Profile to access your profile.

      Step 5: On the second page of your profile information, there are links to upload your electronic certification(s).

      Step 6: Save your updated profile, and you are all finished!

  3. Update profile along with certificate:

    • Sign in at DiversityCertifications.com
    • Click on Update Profile
    • On the second page of your profile information, there are links to Upload your electronic certification(s)
    • Save your updated profile

    • Sign in at DiversityCertifications.com
    • Click on Update Profile
    • On the second page of your profile information, there are links to your certification(s) and business documents,

  6. Find diversity certified businesses:

    • Click on "Search Certifications" button on the left hand side
    • Sign in at DiversityCertifications.com
    • Enter your search criteria
    • Click on "Search"
    • A list of diversity certified businesses that match your search request will be displayed on the screen

  7. Distribute my certificate:

    8. When you become a member of DC you will receive a unique link (URL) that can be used for client request. This link will display your business profile and copies of your uploaded business documents.
