MYERS & FULLER, P.A. PARTNERS WITH GMMDA TO PROVIDE FREE LEGAL SERVICES TO MEMBERS
SOUTHFIELD, MI - December 3, 2008 / -- DiversityBusiness.com /- The General Motors Minority Dealers Association (GMMDA) has partnered with Myers & Fuller, P.A., a well-respected law firm that specializes in franchise law, franchise disputes, transfers of ownership, changes of management, turndowns, dealership successions, terminations, add points, audits and general litigation, to provide free legal services to its members. The GMMDA Legal Assistance Program is a six-month pilot program that entitles all GMMDA members in good standing to receive up to one hour of free legal services each month on any topic of a legal nature related to their dealership or dealership operations. The program will run through April 30, 2009.
