Prior to joining Penmar, Ed was President of Sandoval Associates, a management consulting firm serving clients in the areas of strategy, value creation and turnaround. Prior to Sandoval, he was the Vice president of Sales, Marketing and Strategy for 3V Incorporated.
Ed has been associated with and been a friend of Penmar Industries for many years. He had been working with Tony on the strategic direction of the company and understands the unique dynamics of the industry. As you know, Penmar has been an industry leader, bringing you the highest quality stock and custom tapes, labels and packaging solutions with a commitment to offering only the best customer service and unparalleled personal touch.
While we mourn the tragic loss of our friend and long time leader, Tony Soegaard, we would like to welcome Ed to our family. He is uniquely suited and committed to continuing Tony's legacy of excellence.
