• Corporation/Organization Full Event Ticket: $395 per person



• Reception Only Ticket (Guests of Full Event Ticket Holders only): $100 per person



• Tables (includes 10 Full Event Tickets): $5,000

Registration Prices at the door:

• Suppliers/Small Business Full Event Ticket: $295 per person



• Corporation/Organization Full Event Ticket: $450 per person



• Reception Only Ticket (Guests of Full Event Ticket Holders only): $100 per person

Payment Terms

All payments for registration are due at the time of registration. Payment is via Credit Card only unless you are a sponsor, supporter or purchasing one or more tables. Your registration for the conference is NOT complete until payment is received.

Cancellations and Substitutions

If you must cancel for any reason, we must receive written notice of cancellation by February 1, 2003. Your registration will be refunded less a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations after February 1, 2003 are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time by providing written authorization.
